At the end of the 6 months, we will evaluate progress and discuss options for continued coaching. Is Corporate Coaching confidential? What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others. If your Employer is the sponsor, the Coach will share the progress of the Client to keep them posted. Other than this point, corporate coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.
